What colleges are you considering?

my dream school is Princeton...but i'll also be considering Cornell, NYU, Penn State, Stony Brook

Dream Schools: Stanford, MIT, Harvard, Penn, Princeton

Dream: Brown
Would also be elated to go to: JHU, MIT, Princeton
Would be really really happy at: Northwestern, Wellesley, Case Western Reserve, RPI, UDel

I think my top three right around now are Brown, Yale, and Amherst. Safety's Oberlin (idk if this seems really presumptuous, but considering my situation....yeah)

Dream School: Bowdoin
Other good schools: Rice, Columbia, U Miami (safety), Dartmouth
Also considering: Duke, Yale, Williams
Safety: UMD - CP

Harvard & MIT. Another pair would be Stanford & Caltech.

Dreams: Union College, Union College, oh and Brown :)
Others I'd be very happy at: Lafayette, Gettysburg, SUNY New Paltz
Safe- Tulane (since i'd already been accepted) and a few others.

Dream: UVA, Brown, Princeton, W&M
Others: Duke, VT, Yale, Georgetown, UPenn

i havent found my dream school yet.
hoping that some colleges that i havent visited yet turn out to be dreams :-)

I'm only a freshman, but...

Dream? Boston University. Yes, I'd rather go to a less pretigious, non-Ivy school for undergrad. I'm saving it for grad school!
I'd love to apply to Cornell, Ithaca College, Boston College, PittU.
My safety would be Binghamton University. Why? I'm a third generation legacy, and I've had 6 relatives overall attend. Plus, I've got the grades, haha.

I want to go to UCLA.

I am also applying to Princeton, Harvard and Caltech. I don't know what I'll do if I get in. My safeties are UC Berekely and UCSD

MIT, UPenn, Cornell, UMich Ann Arbor, UIll - Urbana, and some safeties.

Reaches- MIT, Caltech, Pomona, WUSTL
Possibles (what everyone else calls "matches")- Carnegie Mellon, USC, Case Western, Rensselaer, possibly Johns Hopkins, possibly Tufts
Likelies (aka "safeties")- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Rutgers (only because my parents are forcing me to apply), Lehigh

Dream School- Cornell, Oxford
Matches- UF, UK, UM

Dream: Stanford
Highly favorable: Princeton, Pomona, Dartmouth

Tier II, if I don't get into Stanford SCEA:

Highly favorable: Yale
Wouldn't mind: Harvard (maybe), Cornell, Northwestern
Safeties: Claremont-McKenna, Pitzer, U of O honors

Because Boston University is so cheap...Ivies give way better FA, anyways.

Reaches: Harvard, MIT, Cornell University, Middlebury College, Harvey Mudd, Tufts, JHU
Matches: University of Miami
Safety: University of Florida

DREEMZ: probz yalez (I did earlz actionz)

(ok stopping w/ da z's..... and the "da"s too for that matter :()

Other Lovelies: Harvard, Columbia

If I don't get in SCEA (sigh.... I don't even want to think about that, but oh well)

Friendlies: Brown, Princeton
Ya gotta have um's/butcha still love ums: NYU, USC, Northwestern
Really wouldn't want to go to, but it would be stupid not to apply: Penn, Stanford

Reaches: Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia
Matches: UCLA (though I think this is more of a low reach...)
Safeties: University of Michigan - Ann Arbor (I live there). I might also apply to Europe.

Dream schools: Vanderbilt, Georgetown, USC
Matches: The U, George Washington U, Syracuse, U of Georgia
Safety: SUNY Albany

amciw- I didn't mean money-wise, I meant the whole package. I hear about stress and preppy, stuck up students. YES that's a freaking stereotype, whatever. I don't want to go to an Ivy, which seems to be a sin here on CC.
