I’m a junior in high school, and have a 3.77 unweighted cumulative gpa and a 4.32 weighted so far. I haven’t taken the SAT but I think i could get a 1380-1400 and based on my practice tests and if I study a lot, that should be doable. I really want to major in something with social studies- right now either psychology or history. I want to go to the west coast or the northeast, just not the south or midwest. ECs- piano for 10 years, marching band, and I am starting hospital volunteering next week and by may 2020 I will have close to 150 hours from that. Based on this info what college could I possibly get into that fits my achievements and interest? I know I’m only going to be a junior but this is just so I can start researching some potential schools. Thanks for reading 
First start with your budget. How much can your parents pay each year towards your college education? Will you qualify for need-based financial aid or are you looking for merit aid or both?
Home State?
PSAT Score?
Small/Medium/Large Universities? Public or Private? Greek life/Sports?
HS classes and course rigor?

My parents would probably be able to pay up to $45-50k per year. My home state is Illinois, and I would probably like medium sized colleges. Sophomore year I took one AP (got a 5 on the test) and junior year i am planning to take 4. I took 2 other honors courses as a sophomore (english and math). As of now private or public universities are both fine with me. Greek life really wouldn’t matter that much to me.
You’re interested in health professions and grad school?
Look at local colleges with these features then consider similar ones in west or northeast. What do you think of DePaul? UI? Northwestern? Loyola University Chicago?
Compare to Quinnipiac, Pittsburgh , Boston, Northeastern.
Or Pepperdine, Santa Clara, University of San Diego.

Ohio State University Honors Program with a Scholarship
If you are rich that I would consider applying to a few private schools like Tulane, Villanova, and BU. You can reach for top public schools like Michigan, but be prepared to pay for it or take out a BIG loan.
OP said no midwest schools. And Flagship honors programs are uber competitive.
Not a big fan pf the Fiske Guide. It seems they just keep making money by recycling many of the college descriptions. For example, much of Tulane’s – including several introductory paragraphs – are the exact same as they were in the 1980s! Like anything else, take the Fiske Guide’s descriptions with a grain of salt.
