What courses are you all taking?

Here's mine (i'm in my second full semester)

Gen Chem (w/ lab)
Gen Bio 2 (w/ lab)
Col Alg
Microeconomics

I don't know if other schools do this, but mine doesn't list the labs separate from the lectures on transcripts. So it makes it look like I'm taking only four classes. Oh well.

Stats
Microecon
Comparative Politics
Political Theory
Western Civ
Geology (I got jacked on course offerings for another science lab, and have to take a 4 unit course instead of a 1 unit lab as a result)

People keep telling me I am insane for taking so many classes, but I just have so many interests. I have also found that taking a heavier load forces you to have perfect attendance because there is something important happening every day.

calculus II (life and science)
statistics
physical anthropology
physical anthropology lab
intro to art

Vector Calculus
Formal Logic
Philosophy of Language
Ancient Greek Philosophy
Introduction to Hebrew

Modern and Contemporary Philosophy
English Lit. II
Logic
Philosophy of Religion
Introduction to Communications
Composition and Literature II

Human Origins (Basically physical anthropology)
The rise of rome (Classical/historical humanity)
Ethics (Analysis of Kant, Hume, Aristotle, etc. Not practical :( )
General Chemistry II

Voice I (Classical singing)
Prob and Stats I

Bio for bio majors

Calculus III (Multivariable)

C++ Program
Writing II
Ethics (Analysis of Kant, Hume, Aristotle, etc. Not practical )
I beg to differ.

Being a prospective engineering major:
Calculus III
Classical Physics II
General Chem I
Programming in C
Writing
18 credits

Financial Accounting

*= 4 credits; rest are 3 credits

17 credits total

American literature 2

16 credits

Critical Thinking and Composition
Business/Soc Science Calculus II (shoot me now...)
Race and Ethnicity in the American Political Process
California Geography
German 1

It's 17 units, and I feel like it's my first real college semester, since last semester I had courses that reminded me too much of high school. German is awesome, I recommend it over Spanish and French!

Honors Astronomy
Honors Chemistry
Honors Chemistry Lab
Honors World History II
Statistics
Managerial Accounting

Quote:
Ethics (Analysis of Kant, Hume, Aristotle, etc. Not practical )

I beg to differ.

wow.

when i stated "not practical" i meant that the class was not practical ethics based; i.e. like a medical ethics, or business ethics class. Rather the class is basically an analysis of the works of various philosophers.

I know, and I still disagree.

Cultural Geography
Shakespeare
French 101
Archaeology

13 units. Am I the only person here taking less than 5 classes? Geez.

i'm only taking 3, down from 6 last semester (21 units) haha

English 101C
Statistics
Managerial Accounting

13 units

This semester i have toned it down a bit cuz im still burnt out from last semester haha. Heres what i took last semester and i barely slept (working full time too :/):

Hon English
Hon Political Science
Hon Calc 1
Bio + Lab
Hon seminar class

This semester i am taking much easier classes:

Hon Perspective on the Western Experience
Anthropology 101
Sociology 101
Bio 2 + Lab
Span 1

I'm only taking three, too, and I feel like such a slacker! But then, I go to a slacker school. :D

Lit 80Z: Shakespeare (no prior experience required, though I have it)
Lit (English) 120A (hopefully -- need to crash!): 17th Century Lyrical Poetry (Be still my heart!)
Lit (Creative Writing) 52: Intermediate Fiction Writing

Those last two are iffy because they require crashing. If I get lucky with that second one, I'll have the same professor as I will have for my first class, which could be good or bad! If they don't pan out, I'll be taking Lit (English) 120C: 19th Century American Poetry and Lit (Creative Writing) 10: Intro to Creative Writing.

... Can anyone guess my major from the info provided? :p
