What courses will apply to my AMCAS gpa?

Okay everyone, I'm a high school senior. I have taken 4 courses at my local community college during my senior year. They were not counted for high school credit. They will be counted at my undergraduate institution. They will not factor into my undergraduate GPA (they will only amass transfer credit and waive a similar course). I know that medical schools look at three sorts of GPAs: "Science/Math", "all others", and "all combined". Will my four classes be counted in my AMCAS gpa? I took Sociology 100, Psychology 100, Philosophy 205-Ethics, Philosophy 250 Logic. I received A's in all of them. Will they be counted (in "all others" and "combined") GPA?

Thank you for your help.

Yes, they will be counted in your AMCAS GPA.
