What did y'all eat today?

<p>cereal, frenchtoast, donuts, potatoes, baked fish, apple, 5cookies, french fries, choco covered pretzels</p>

<p>Breakfast: half a bagel, propel
Snacks: Chocolate
Lunch: none, unless you count some more propel
Supper: yam</p>

<p>Sooo unhealthy, :(</p>

<p>I ate a sandwich (that I purchased at my local delicatessen) for lunch. </p>

<p>I’m not sure what I’m going to have for dinner though.</p>

<p>B: Grapes</p>

<p>L: An apple and Pretzels</p>

<p>D: Salad, vegetable soup & whole grain bread</p>

<p>I had a bagel today, and tons and tons of seltzer. I might have cashews later but that’s just going crazy. Have to decide if I’m going to party it up with the cashews… Will probably take a few graphs on Excel and a five page essay to decide, but by then it’ll be morning.</p>

<p>Breakfast: West-African drink called dokono (fermented cornmeal flour made into a paste, then into a liquid again), and birthday cake, because birthday cake is always 9.527 times better than normal cake. Fact. </p>

<p>Lunch: Raspberry Arizona Iced Tea, bag of cheez-its, 3 cinnamon poptarts, a candycane.</p>

<p>Supper: West-African dish called red-red ni edwia (fried plantains and beans), Rice, Half a piece of Garlic bread that was way too garlick-y (my taste buds were offended), Birthday cake (see above). </p>

<p>3 AM Snack: English Breakfast Tea, fruit snacks, handful of kettle corn. </p>

<p>I have a pretty high metabolism, but my goal is to get toned by spring. (:</p>

<p>B: Cereal, no milk</p>

<p>L: Blackberries, Pretzels and Yogurt</p>

<p>D: Maybe some Grapes and Lunch Meat, maybe nothing - not sure yet</p>

<p>I just acknowledged that lifegr came back.</p>

<p>I ate pizza rolls for lunch today though.</p>

Lunch: sandwich with chicken, salami, cheese, olives, mustard, and lettuce
Dinner: chicken, tomatoes, green beans, rice, ice cream</p>

<p>B: 2 slices of whole wheat bread with honey and cheese.
L: 1/2 an omelete and vegetable curry, and 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream.
S: a small piece of chocolate.
D: nothing yet</p>

<p>I feel so bad for having eaten so much dairy in one day… Plus the eggs and the sugar… I’m such a fat pig…</p>

<p>We had to fast today, don’t tell me mum</p>

<p>B: Muffin
L: nachos, salad, fries (HEALTHY!!)
S: nothin’, gotta keep up the fasting fa</p>
