<p>Breakfast- Mashed white potatoes, baked sweet potato and cauliflower
Snack- All natural, white-cheddar puffs, kettle corn & apple cider
Dinner- Some tortilla chips with salsa and a shrimp burrito with peppers, onions, guacamole, beans, lettuce, tomato and sour cream</p>

snack: yogurt, tortilla chips
dinner: my momma’s stir fry and some rice
interspersed drinks: milk, water</p>
<p>Exercise: walking to my parking spot to and from the school building</p>

Lunch: Italian beef sub thingy (messed up my diet but it was soooo good!)
Dinner: 1/2 salad, 1/2 sandwich from Panera Bread, Apple</p>
<p>Exercise: About 40 minutes on the treadmill, walking around school and stuff like that.</p>
<p>4:50 AM 16 oz shake with skim milk + 2 scoops of Myofusion protein
6:45 AM Ate Egg Breakfast sandwich and finished the shake
10:00 AM Carrots
11:30 AM Sandwich, Banana, Water
2:50 PM Another 16 oz. Myofusion shake, Banana
6:00 PM 6 oz. chicken breast, 2 servings of pasta, salad
8:00 PM 1 cup of milk and some apple slices</p>
<p>Breakfast- Glass of lemon water, fruit salad, cup of green tea
Lunch- Chicken salad, green tea, apple
Dinner- uh probably brown rice and veggies, water…dark chocolate</p>

Lunch- Mashed butternut squash, roasted potato wedges, baked beans, harvest grain blend
Snack- Red grapes, whole-grain crackers, fresh tortilla chips w/ salsa, peach, chocolate soy milk
Dinner- Salmon or shrimp with brown rice and vegetables</p>
<p>Exercise- Walked from the train to school & from school to the train (about 20 minutes of walking) plus running up and down stairs in school all day</p>

Lunch: a berry n banana smoothie
Snack: a granola bar and a small piece of chocolate
Dinner: nothing, I forgot to and now it’s too late and I’m too lazy to go fix something to eat.</p>
<p>Ate like **** today, felt like a complete fat ass considering I count every *<strong><em>ing calorie and the only physical activity I did today was mowing the lawn (45 mins) and going to the gym (45 mins)
5.15 - 3 cashews
7.15 - whole orange
11 - 4 kernels of granola and about 1/2 a cinnamon bun
1 - probably at least 1/2 pound of trail mix and a diet coke
3 through 6 - a few more nibbles on trail mix and a double chocolate muffin
6 - dinner of an apple, 1/4 banana, and I skipped on pancakes and sausage (my absolute *</em></strong>ing favorite - i make some peaunt butter and butterscotch ones w/ bananas that would do work on the Food network) but skipped cause I felt like a fatty.</p>
<p>Now it’s gum and diet coke the rest of the night for my fat ass.</p>

Lunch: Chicken parm and half a Subway sub (I forgot I told my friend to buy the sub)
Snack: The other half.
Dinner: Soup, rice, vegetables, chicken.</p>

Lunch: PBJ, Orange Juice, Mini ice cream drumstick

<p>My lunch at school consists of trading stuff around. My favorite things to receive are Nutrigrain Cinnamon bars, snack cakes of any kind, and Pringles Pizza Sticks.</p>
<p>I had frosted flakes for breakfast and a snickers bar for lunch and my mom just went out and didn’t make dinner, so i just had popcorn. I might get something else later. i like tuna fish. i just squeeze the water out of the can and add salt and eat it out of the can so i dont have anything to clean up. I really want a root beer.</p>
<p>B: Slice of whole-wheat toast w/ butter and red grapes
L: Baked beans, harvest grain blend, baby bok choy or kale (not sure)
D: Veggie burger w/ 1/2 of a Portuguese roll, ketchup, lettuce and tomato</p>
<p>Exercise: 10 min. walk & an hour or so of bowling, if that counts…</p>
