What DO I CHOOSE? -HELP

I am only a sophmore in highg school who is nned of some good extracurricular activities.

There are 4 good clubs that I wanna go to but i don't know which one or two is best, because I can only go to 1 or 2, which do you think is best?

1)Academic Decatholon
2)Envirothon (Decatholon for biology and enviormental sciences-competition)
3)Chemistry Club (Can help me get into AP Chemistry)
4) Odyssey of the Mind (problem solving competition)

ALSO:
I am going to be doing a research assistant thing at NJIT on tissue engineering, and brain cancer.

Do you know of any other FREE programs at colleges that will be good for someone who wants to major in pre-med or a B.s/MD?

By the way i am a New Jersey High School Student who goes to a competitive magent school, and is majoring in a special Bio-Medicine program, if that helps!

Please answer my questions i am lost!

Which programs will best help me get into University of Rochester?
Don't forget im only going to be a Sophmore in september!
So there is room for improvement and advice!

do you go the acadamies? Anyways, if you want to get into a BA/MD (rochester has an extremely competitive one), you should continue your research, get involved with medical activities, like hospital volunteering, and other ways to gain experience. There is a BA/MD section on CC that is alot more informative.

Yo, dont stress out too much man, the whole point of Rochester is to just basically go through your education via your own interests, make sure in the next years to come for high school you are learning for curiousity's sake about things that interest you instead of striving for grades for admission to a certain college. I think if you can get that point across, admissions will grab you no problem.

Just pick a couple clubs you want to do and go with that, show that you are active in what you like..whatever interests you basically haha, we cant pick for you ;) Best of luck, I hope that helps.
