<p>The Dartmouth experience really depends on what kind of person you are and who you choose to be friends with. Send me a message and I can flesh out some more of the pro’s/con’s based on your personality type, etc.</p>
<p>As a parent I would say some of the pluses are also some of the minuses;
The Dartmouth Plan: allows for great flexibility; more internships and travel, but perhaps less cohesiveness among students as people come and go
Location; gorgeous, opportunities to explore the outdoors, lovely college town, but isolated, cold a lot of the time, the goings on are Dartmouth, not near other colleges
Frats; some people love them, they are center stage of social life; you pay extra to join; residential settings are just places to sleep, bathe and study (except freshman year)</p>
