What do you guys think of this plan?

I made a thread yesterday, didn't get the type of response I hoped for, so I will try again!

After doing some research on this forum, I have come up with a nice little study plan, and hope you guys can offer some suggestions and insight!

Some Background Info: I got a 1720 on my SAT, without much studying, and hope to get it up to about 2,000. I got a 610 in math, 560 in CR and 550 in writing. I hope to go up 100 in each section, which I feel is doable, since I can improve quite a bit in each section!!

Anyway, here's my plan!

Get both copies of direct hits for CR- Core, and Toughest Vocabulary!

Amazon.com: Direct Hits Core Vocabulary of the SAT: Volume 1 2010 Edition (9780981818436): Larry Krieger, Ted Griffith:…

Amazon.com: Direct Hits Toughest Vocabulary of the SAT: Volume 2 2010 Edition (9780981818443):…

Critical Reading- Get the Barron's Critical Reading guide. I read here, and most said Barron's was good.

Amazon.com: Barron's SAT Critical Reading Workbook (Critical Reading Workbook…

Math- I read Gruber's was awesome.. so

Amazon.com: Gruber's Complete SAT Math Workbook (9781402218460): Gary Gruber: Books

Writing- Not to sure on this, but this book seemed very decent

Amazon.com: McGraw-Hill's Conquering the New SAT Writing (9780071460767): Christopher Black:…

Will cost me about 65

I also have the Princeton Review for general strategies, and the blue book for my practice tests!

Please let me know what you guys think, I am planning on ordering tomorrow, so please give me a green light, or let me know where I should make changes!

I want a book for each section however!

Why do you want a book for each section?

Nothing again?

Dayum I thought this forum was helpful

I think you don’t need all of those review books, really. Will you have time to look through all of them?

Ok you obviously haven’t done enough research… All you need is the CB Blue Book and Direct Hits if you want.
here http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/955109-silverturtles-guide-sat-admissions-success.html

I agree: there really is no need to get so many books - download a vocab list online, look over a book with grammar rules and/or math tips (you can spend few hours in the library), and take tests from the CB blue book…the best thing you can do for yourself is practice!

buy as many books as you can…
so, If she can afford these and work out a plan.
would not he applaud that?
