What do you think my chances are?

Hey guys! I'm a junior right now and I would LOVE to go to Princeton next year. If you guys could check out my stats and see if I'm on track that'd be amazing! If not, what should I do? Thanks!

Ahh, I saw you on the Brown thread. XD I will just let you know now for ALL the ivies…

URM + athlete + good SAT’s + good grades = in at at least Ivy; I’ve not saying all or even multiple ones, but seriously, you’ll probably get in to at least one.

good luck :-)

I would say very good chance. And if not Princeton, certainly at one of the top schools. Given the low acceptance rates at the tip top schools, it does become a bit of a lottery.

You are fully qualified on your own merits, and being black will likely put you over the top.

Plus, the Russian and French doesn’t hurt either.

And there is certainly a funny essay you can write about being a Black Russian.

Thanks guys, but unfortunately I really don’t think I will swim at any D.1 school so the athlete part is out of the equation :(

Aww  Well even without the athletic advantage I’d say you still have a chance at getting into one of these schools.
