What do you think of my list of colleges by Int'l student with 32 ACT

I'm an international student from Italy, applying for undergrad. I have a 32 ACT, 4 SAT subject tests varying from 620 to 750, 6 AP tests varying from 3s to a 5, a SAT of 1990 (I will retake), not too strong ECs (done some volunteering, some sports, nothing stellar), but I am counting on my background/experiences to help me push more.

Just FYI, I was born in one country, grew up in another till I was 3, lived in one for the next 15 years, and studied in the US for 1 and a half years. I have visited largely all Europe, some of Asia, and am planning on taking a humanitarian trip to Africa next year.

I also know six (6) languages, plus Latin.

I would like to study IR. However, I'm not 100%sure about it, so I'm looking at schools with good overall liberal arts programs (not LACs, I don't like them).
I already applied last year but failed, because I only chose reaches. Thus, this year I'm looking for a more balanced ensemble of schools!

Please let me know what you think, and if I should add/take off some schools! Thanks!

Here is my list for right now:

I’m having a very hard time choosing which schools to apply to! Anyone got any tips? :)
