What do you want to be?

Future vet right hurrrr

I always feel awkward talking about this…it makes me feel pretentious. I haven’t been to college, I don’t really know anything about anything, etc., etc.
At this moment I think I want to major in math if I turn out to be smart enough. If I get a Ph.D. I’ll probably try to get some kind of job in industry…I used to want to go into academia, but it’s really competitive and doesn’t seem to pay all that well and I don’t want to spend my whole life in a school.
If I don’t get a Ph.D, I’ll probably become an actuary.

Either a historian, a writer, a voice actor or some kind of public speak. Or maybe a tv historian, because that combines many of them.

Ooh I heard that an actuary was one of the top ten most best paying jobs out there in 2012.
I don’t know. I’m bad at math but I still wanna be an astrophysicist. If not then a biologist. I still got a long way to go so this may change.

@Vickaa Yay! I want to become a veterinarian too!

i change my mind a lot, but i want to be some sort of lawyer in constitutional law

Chemical engineer or mechanical engineer or financial analyst

I want to be the President, a good one.

Although not super realistic, I want to work with monkeys/study and speak about evolution/evolutionary biology

I want to be rich, err happy.

I wanna be the very best that no one ever was…

I have no idea anymore. So jaded.

Atleast 6 ft

The idealistic side of me would like:

-Writer or novelist
-English teacher or professor

The pragmatic side of me would like:

-Lawyer (civil liberties or environmental)
-Geneticist
-Market analyst

Super random, but these are the fields I think I would be the happiest in.

The idealistic list are subjects I’m passionate about, but do not necessarily pay well or have job stability.

The pragmatic list are careers that are high-paying, have lots of job opportunities, or are in high-demand.

Actress
Writer
Baker
Chemist/Chemical Engineer
Physicist
Mathematician

Engineering (Bioengineering, Civil, Nuclear, or Electrical)
Economics
Genetics
Accounting
Law (Constitutional Law or Patent Law)
Psychology
Physics
Molecular Biology

Pretty much the most random assortment ever, lol

Personally, I want to be a computer hacker for the army cyber command in Washington D.C. and work with the NSA.

My two big dreams at the moment is to be in the foreign service or to be an international journalist. The international life intrigues me and I think that I could do serious good by working as a diplomat or reporting international news that would hopefully shine light on whatever I was reporting on.

This may change but being a reporter has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid when I watched news instead of cartoons. Current events has always interested me. Diplomacy is a new interest for me but I think I could be good at that too. :)

Global Supply Chain Manager or
German Teacher/Professor or
Constitutional/International Lawyer

I would be happy with any job involving involving computers / technology
