astronaut for playboy.

How about Happy

puahaha..i agree with DRab...i want to be happy too ^-^..maybe my job will help me achieve that happiness, but i honestly don't know.
I'm looking into bio research..but not really sure. I think i'd be happier traveling and maybe teaching English in remote county-cities in China.

i love biochemistry. I love every aspect of that, and the interdisciplinary sciences are hot. Even tho i love biology and chemistry, i don't think i would be able to stand majoring in JUST biology or JUST chemistry.

yeah...loving one subject won't help you in reality.
many people regretted majoring in bio/biochem simply becuz it leads you nowhere except med school.
of course people can always say you can still do research, which to me is too time consuming and not worth it.
i am a biochem major and i am thinking about changing to chemE. if i don't, i'll just have to try everything i can to get into med school.

Haha, research isn't the consolation prize for not getting into medical school. Plenty of people (me included) pursue research careers because they want to -- a doctor is one of the last things on earth I'd ever want to be.

I want to be a pharmacist. I really love biology, but research sounds boring, tedious and unrewarding and I'd never want to be a doctor. A chemistry degreee (my other love) is too narrow a focus. I'm pretty settled on my choice

for a few years i want to work in professional theatre

but then i also want to be outdoors probably doing field research for some cause or another

and then also at some point be an instructor for one of those outdoor ed programs (outward bound and the like)

I would like to do something in the public relations field...we'll see if that changes in the future.

celebrian,
You've been interested in pharmacy for some time now. I think you'll be happy with it since you like chem and bio. You'll make a nice living in any city you choose and have alot of choices of work environments...and you'll always have a job! Good luck!

A classics professor. I love the Greeks and Romans.

A microbiologist/virologist. I'd like to research diseases, especially for the CDC/NIH/WHO.

Emergency Medicine Physician with a subspecialty in Pediatrics

vet/ accountant/ psychologist/ writer, depends on what school i get into...

to keep it short: i love animals, money, how the human mind works, and stories taht help me escape reality

I don't know
It'd better be science/math based but other wise I don't know
pure research/engineering/economist/biotech even medicine(vet and human) all sound cool

Surgeon with MD/PhD in one of these areas: Ob/Gn, cardiology, breast cancer, stomach cancer, pediatrics, epidermatology, blah, blah, blah

honestly, what would make me most happy is to use my life on things that will outlast it.

i want to be an actuary?

I want to be a writer. I'm probably going to major in Linguistics with a minor in Creative Writing/English.
