i’m an international student lookin forward to apply ed to bryn mawr. i’ve got pretty fine stats with good academic background. but i’m still skeptical about my acceptance there. what does bryn mawr look for in its applicants? i mean, how will i know if i’ve chosen the right coll? i’m impressed by bryn mawr’s students, alumna, curriculum n everythin but how will i know if bryn mawr will be impressed by me?</p>
<p>If your stats are good enough, then you'll get in ED without having to make much extra effort, because Bryn Mawr views the ED application as a statement that you've done your research and you believe in Bryn Mawr. That's pretty much good enough for them. ED applicants are only going to have to worry about showing that BMC is the "right college" if their stats are borderline.</p>

<p>Count to ten and don't stress.</p>
<p>I think a place like Bryn Mawr looks for well rounded womyn who take education seriously. Like Hanna said, if you have great grades then a less than stellar SAT score will hold less weight.

<p>don't despair... show them what a great person you are... do the most that you can with your essays and interview. bryn mawr puts less emphasis on SAT's than GPA and the rigor of your course load. good luck!</p>
