I’m kind of new to this forum, and I see a bunch of posts that just say “BUMP” on them. What is the point of doing this?

when no one answers a post for days, bump can put the message with as “Latest Post”
Bringing Up My Post…BUMP (first letter of each word).
As noted, it brings the post to the top again.
If it’s done too often, it’s considered spam.
Bumping an existing thread to bring it back up front (IMO it is OK to do if the thread moves off the first page) is preferable to creating a duplicate thread which is against the terms of service on CC.
