<p>Hey, I was wondering if anyone has any input on this. I applied for transfer to NYU and STILL haven't heard anything. But also, I keep calling and they haven't reached a decision--acceptance or denial. I've just been under review since late april. What does this mean?? Am I really just rejected?</p>
<p>under review means they are still considering you. it means that they haven't made up their mind and are still reading your application. kind of like you are still in the "maybe" pile.</p>
