What does this mean when Scholarships ask you this?

I’m confused on what this question is asking me.

Have you confirmed your eligibility for admission into a 4-year university in Fall 2018?

I have heard back and been accepted in to a few school but have not committed to any of them.
With a Yes/No, how would I answer this?

I think that just means have you, for example, graduated from high school. Are you eligible to go to college. Since you’ve been accepted, the answer is yes.
