What does this sentence mean?

I’ve been out of college for over 10 years. I’m looking at the re-admission process for the school I went to and I’m having trouble understanding this sentence.

Students who have been withdrawn from [college] for more than five (5) years must resubmit all of their credentials, as the original documents will no longer be on file.

I’m just wanting to know what documents they are asking for.

I would guess they mean any official documents that were part of your initial application (ex. transcripts). I’d suggest you email admissions at the college to clarify.

I concur with the above. I’ll add that I would think this college has preserved a full record of your performance there, at least.

Thanks for the responses. I have emailed the admissions dept. for clarification.
