<p>yeah it's pretty difficult to get into Private Equity, it's best to do a 2 yr stint in banking and then make the shift.</p>
<p>For hedge funds you can actually do that straight out of undergrad, that's trading. it's a pretty different field.</p>
<p>You just have to show them greatness, once they see it, the job is yours, but don't forget, only greatness equals greatness, and nothing else.</p>
