What famous alumni attended YOUR school?

There's a difference between "worthy of recognition" and "famous." "Famous" means - quite familiar to any relatively intellectual human being. Yes, every nobel laureate is extremely worthy of recognition, and will be famous in the academic circles of his/her speciality, but that's not the point.... Anyway, whatever, this is stupid to argue about.

From my high school:
-Heather Graham - actress
-Mike Shinoda - rapper/producer for Linkin Park and Fort Minor

-Rob Bourdon - drummer for Linkin Park
-Dan Estrin - guitarist for Hoobastank
-Douglass Robb - singer/songwriter for Hoobastank
-Justin Berfield - Reese from Malcolm in the Middle

-Glenn T. Seaborg - chemist
-Harold Urey - chemist
-Philip K. Dick - author of books that became Blade Runner, Minority Report, and Total Recall

From my high school: Rebecca Romijn, Andy Samberg (and some of his comedic group as well), Morrie Turner

From my elementary school: Tom Hanks (when the school was closing down due to lack of funds, it wrote a letter to him asking for financial support, but he never responded)

I went to high school with Chase Daniel, the quarterback of the Missouri Tigers/Heisman nominee.

MetdethGNR, the school Walt referred to was not a fancy boarding school at all. Far from it. He referred to a public school in Omaha, Nebraska.

Another school with a very impresive track record is the Bronx High School of Science, also public. They produced seven (7) Nobel Laureates and five (5) Pulitzer Prize winners.

Whoa, let's talk about how jealous I am of walt99 for going to the same school Conor Oberst and Tim Kasher went to.

The most famous people to attend my high school are Vonzell Solomon from American Idol (season 4), Jan Hooks from Saturday Night Live and and Lee Boyd Malvo, one of the Beltway snipers (shootings that occurred in Maryland-Washington in 2002)

In response to Alexandre, Conor Oberst went to Creighton Preparatory School, which is where I'm assuming walt attends now. If so, it is a fancy boarding school. In fact, it was named one of the most prestigious catholic schools in America a few years ago.

Dar Williams. A whole bunch of other people in the film and tv industries. Oh, and also some people not related to entertainment industries, or something. Did I mention Joss Whedon?

My HS is about 6 years old... so nobody famous. Yet.
