Hello. I’m currently attending a FL state college and I’m almost done with my AA degree. I plan to transfer to a university with a little over 60 credits. However, I took the ACT during high school and got a score of 19 which obviously is low. Do FL universities factor in ACT/SAT scores for transfer students? My GPA is 2.19 right now. I’m trying to raise it. I plan on pursuing my studies in the Art field (Fine Arts/Sculpture) or Digital Media. Thanks!

If you’ve completed your AA, your ACT score is not required for admission. They will only need your college transcripts, any AP/IB/AICE/DE scores and they may need your high school transcript, if you haven’t taken a foreign language in college (but did in high school)…

2.0 is the min GPA required to apply, but some majors and/or colleges can be very competitive and may need a much higher GPA to be accepted. You will be applying to the University and to the College, see each Universities website for details.

Good Luck!
