What gpa should I input into my CSU APPLICATION?

Hi guys I am currently in the process of applying to CSU's as a transfer student. My GPA is currently at 3.28 due a class that I failed. I am in the process of making that up and I know I am either going to get an A or B. If I were to get a B in that class my GPA would be at 3.47. I am applying to SDSU and CSULB as a Business Admin emphasizing in Accounting. Should I put down 3.28 or 3.47? Does CSU's require you to send in your transcript before they accept you?

Thanks in advance!

I would put down what you originally have, which is a 3.28. If you put down a 3.47 and they look at your transcripts and see the 3.28 it could really hurt you for admission because you put down the wrong GPA.
