What happened to Edmit?

Wondering if anyone knows what ever happened to Edmit, which used to publish fantastic content. Or perhaps more importantly, where did the principals go?

It appears they were acquired, but all of their old content is gone. They were referenced a lot here a few years back and in Jeff Selingo’s book, “Who Gets In and Why.”

Then Vemo went out of business after being accused of price fixing: Many pioneers of income-share agreements have ended programs
