What if I do not have First Quarter Transcript?

I am applying ED to Swarthmore College as an international student. On my applicant portal, I see that I am required to submit the First Quarter Transcript. However, in Vietnamese education system, we only have two marking periods in an academic year, each at the end of each semester. In other words, I am only able to provide the Mid-year transcript but not the First quarter transcript. Therefore, I would like to ask whether this document is compulsory for my application to be processed normally? If yes, what alternative document should I provide instead?

Contact admissions and ask.

I’ve already emailed them but today they is not their working day. Deadline is approaching so I’m really panicking.

And there should be no expectation that a response will be received over a weekend. Even if you do get a response, your school can do nothing until when it’s closed, so getting a response at 12:26 a.m. on a Sunday (current time in Vietnam) will not help you.

I am 100% positive that you are not the first person in the history of Swarthmore admissions that attends a HS without Q1 grades. Relax. They will respond with next steps.
