What if you have inadequate background of MATH 2?

I've taken sat math 2 using only barrons (n didnt score as Id hoped: 650 o_O) but I noticed that it assumes you know most of the material and is just good if ur extremely pedantic and want to prepare thoroughly. In high school I took algebra 1 and some main concepts of alg 2 but I still need to catch up on things like functions and how to graph them on the graphing calculators (I personally have a ti 84 plus).

1.) Can anyone suggest good ti 84 short cuts to math questions esp on functions and how to analyse them (specifically the common examples) and other tid bits?

2.) So with this taken into consideration what is the best book you'd suggest? would pr help me with the basic concepts (Im generally good in math so once I get the main concept I can implement in more advanced situations).

3.) Also are there any good books that cover the content covered in easy to understand steps (with good examples)?

Sparknotes was pretty easy to understand and it’s free [SparkNotes: SAT Subject Test: Math Level 2](http://www.sparknotes.com/testprep/books/sat2/math2c/)
Barrons is way overkill; it covers material not even on the test.
I think your best bet is just reviewing the material and then taking as many tests as you can; the official Blue Book tests are really good for this as well.

Barron’s worked pretty well for me despite my 720. I would’ve had a higher score if my mind wasn’t so ruffled during the exam.
