What Internet Browser do you use? (And most importantly why!?)

Ive been a longtime FireFox user, just cause I am a bad@$$ that likes to rebel against the default Internet Explorer.

But it seems that, while dominating as a search engine and email service, Google Chrome is being increasingly popular.

I wonder what the brilliant minded folks at CC use for their occasional internet lurks.

Google Chrome all the way.

I love baby. It is clean, customizeable, and (for me Atleast) faster than IE, and FireFox. This is coming from someone who was a fierce advocate for FireFox.
Google is taking over.

Firefox 4 Beta. Works very nicely.

Chrome for the shizzle

Chrome, because it’s the best.

Firefox. It’s fast. I should try Chrome sometime.

I used to be a Firefox user for all the addons, but I switched to chrome. It’s minimlistic, easy to use, speedy, light, and my favorite part - heavy integration with Google services.

I’d be all over Firefox 4, but only if it had Google behind it. It doesn’t. Google always favors Chrome for development and for their own products, and it all just works together so well.

Regardless, I still have FF 4 and IE9 installed, just in case someone else wants to use my computer.

Google owns the internet. It’s kind of scary.

Firefox, because I haven’t really tried chrome, and IE is terrible.

Chrome because its super fast.

However, for anyone who hasn’t tried, IE9 is actually a really good browser.

Isn’t IE9 still in beta?

Firefox and sometimes Chrome.

Google Chrome because it’s fast, easy to use, and is more aesthetically pleasing.

Chrome: It’s fast, simple, and easy to use. Though, sometimes Flash (or something like that; I’m not that into computers) crashes and I switch to Safari for a few minutes then re-open Chrome and use that.

I went from IE to Chrome, so that was a really significant difference (fortunately, for the better). I’ve never used Firefox before, though, so I might want to give that a try in the near future.

Internet Explorer 6 with Tabs Add-on

Haters gonna hate…

Chrome, because…basically, what everyone else said.

Google Chrome for reasons already explained by other ccers thoroughly

I use Firefox just because it’s much more clean than Internet Explorer. My mom also recently told me internet explorer can give viruses to computes so I never use it.

And also I’ve never really heard of Google chrome that much. I’m gonna look it up though !

Chrome, for the speed and clean look, though I keep FF on hand for “official” websites that don’t have chrome compatibility.

I love the add-ons and personalized windows available in Firefox, and the ability to recover all my tabs if my computer shuts down (which happens often because it’s a crappy old thing). Are similar features available for Chrome? I’m thinking of switching because sometimes Firefox can’t handle my internet jive and freezes or crashes and I’m sitting there like =/
