What would be a relatively competitive GPA for Columbia? (unweighted, on the 0-100 point scale)

-meaning high school GPA

There is no magic cut-off number. There will be 100% or 4.0 GPA students who get routinely rejected. Columbia expects viable applicants to have superior achievement in an extremely rigorous program. This doesn’t mean one has to have 100 or a 4.0 but certainly you should clearly be one of the handful of top scholars at your school without a doubt.

And this is only one criteron amongst many.

And this is clearly stated in their own webpages. Maybe go there for more guidance?

thank you…a 94 isn’t too low though rite? So would it be okay if my fresh and soph gpa were around 92/93 ish and junior 96ish?

GPA is relative to individual high schools so we don’t know how strong a certain GPA is at your school. What is certain is that you should be in at least the top 5% of your class with a rigorous courseload.
