May scores just came out and I scored a 1410. Where does my score stand in the upenn score range??
Below average.
I expect uPenn new SAT score range to be 1500+, just like every other Ivy League.
According to the concordance, the 25%-75% for UPenn is 1450-1580.
Well… seems like I have no chance if that score is below average
If you do not want SAT to drag your feet, you need to retake it and aim for 1500+.
I suggest you go on college board web sight and look at the concordance table for new sat to old. a 1410 is not as good as a 2110 on the old one. My Son’s concordance of a 2250 0n the old test is a 1540 on the new…so your 1410 would have been lower…sorry to tell you the news. College board also has an app on Apple store that is free Called SAT Score Converter. You put in your numbers, and it converts. I suggest doing this. I am told for this year, most colleges will have to use this, as there is not enough history. There is a lot of controversy to how College Board is doing the conversion. Google if you want to know more…
@JasmineArmani “Well… seems like I have no chance if that score is below average”
Actually, it turns out that 1/2 of the Penn class had a below average score.
