What is considered s decent score on SAT II tests?

I see Delaware “recommends” SAT subject test.

So what would be considered a decent score for this university?

I know ivies want above 700 and really 750+. But I don’t know what other schools think are acceptable.

I’m a Delaware resident. I applied with the following scores:
Biology M - 710
Math 1 - 740
Math 2 - 680
(along with a 2010 on the SAT)
I got into Honors Biology.
