Things like how many hours did you work during the sessions?

I hear that Orientation leaders have to stay in Pentland hills, if so then in double occupancy rooms?

What did you do when you weren't around personnel or orientation visitors?

Was it worth it working in the summer as a leader?

Any other details?

Why don’t you ask an actual orientation leader or the UCR office that actually employs them? Will they be on College Confidential? Prob not. Common sense here.

I was actually in the process of becoming an orientation leader last school year. But I dropped because training was like an extra class. Keep in mind that training takes place every Thursday evening for spring quarter during the evening. From what I remember:

Basically the entire time that the new students are there. A session lasts from about 9 am on day 1 until 5 pm on day 2. You don’t work every session though, it usually depends on your major.

Orientation leaders stay in Pentland doubles. There wouldn’t be enough single rooms to go around.

No idea.

Can’t answer that personally, but from what I’ve heard it’s an amazing experience. Made me regret dropping.

I hope I helped a little bit but I really suggest you speak with someone who was actually an orientation leader. They will have all of the information you need.
