I'm having trouble deciding on what i should do in the next few years. I'm currently a freshman who originally planned on transferring to Virginia Tech and go for a chemical engineering degree. I got accepted as a freshman but ODU gave me 6k a year, and was much closer to both home and the beach. Now two of my best buds from high school are coming to ODU next year and I really want to stay here and room with them, but i can't decide on a major. Cheme was an obvious choice for me because i love chemistry and i graduated HS with a 4.4 sleeping through the majority of lessons in calc and AP physics, and everyone always told me i was special with math and whatnot. But ODU doesn't offer cheme as a major, and im unable to figure out what would be a similar, interesting degree and a minor to go with it. I can go for a minor in chemistry and then go to Tech after some time in the field for a major in cheme, but what major would be the best foundation for doing chemical later down the road?

bro you should prob go to tech and be a chem engineer. You can be friends with your boys for the rest of your life. you prob only have this time to decide your future. chem eng is such a lucrative field.
