so i’m posting my comments here:</p>

<p>I like the second one WAYYY better.
your first one sounds like a list, and to be honest, you should NOT send that in. that is exactly the type they say would go straight down the chute.
The second one, however, shows great personal voice, connection to a challenge that people can possibly relate to (gender inequality), and a solid vocab =)</p>
