What is the most unethical job?

I don’t know. Matter of opinion, I guess. I’d rather work at Walmart than be owned by a pimp and used as a sex slave.

Lay off thousands of people (which means, of course, that they must have originally been GIVEN the jobs by the execs and been able to provide to their families for at least a while)… sell thousands of people as sex slaves to be brutally treated and often killed…

Which one is more “unethical”?

I am beyond disgusted that someone had the nerve to say that CEO’s are ‘worse’ than human traffickers.

10 bucks says that person doesn’t even know any corporate execs to be slamming them like this.

but like all corporations are like, totes mcgoats evil yo

Reparative Therapist/Anyone working at one of those “straight camps” who isn’t working undercover to liberate the kids.

human traffickers and professors who weed out students

Plantation owner?

Terrorist.

Human traffickers. Just think about it for a minute.

Corporate execs, politicians, lobbyists, military.

What the hell is a human trafficker?

They kidnap people, usually children (and usually in poor parts of the world although it even happens in the USA), and then sell them as labor or as sex slaves. They might spend most of their time in brothels or in homes as domestic laborers.

Basically think of a slave trader.

Wow, your ignorance of how an economy functions or how businesses work is astounding, but unfortunately far too common among the college crowd.

Definitely human traffickers. They are by far the most “unethical.”

Many CEO’s are actually, nice caring people. Some might be corrupt, but that doesn’t make the job unethical.

I don’t see how corporate execs can get away with people treating horribly. They might sometimes, but they also provide something people need or want too. Sure, they layoff thousands, but they also hire thousands, so I don’t get your point. A good CEO will lead a company to be more successful, leading to expansion, leading to more jobs, sooo…

I’d have to go with torturers, personally. Human traffickers would have to settle for 2nd place.

Can we get to some real jobs?

most ‘real’ jobs aren’t that unethical hence why they’re distinguished from things like drug dealing as ‘real’

Maybe the closest thing would be CEO of an arms company. Your profits depend on war.

Petroleum engineer, lawyer, lawyer, military
I didn’t think human trafficker could be considered a real “job”

lol@guy who said abortionist

I don’t see what’s so unethical about being a petroleum engineer… if you do, I don’t see how you’re using a computer without considering yourself unethical.
I wouldn’t say the military is unethical either… they want to defend, not to fight.

On the other hand, I would agree that CEO of an arms company might be the most unethical of all “real jobs.”

being hitler.
