What is the one thing in college you can't live without?

Yeah- just what the title says :) Have you guys discovered anything that you wouldn't normally put on your packing list that you completely can't live without in college???

alcohol and cigarettes.

Laptop. It's the number most important educational tool, distraction, and entertainment system. Going to college these days without a laptop is like doing backstroke without a pair of arms.

alcohol and cig- damn it

All of the internets

Caffeine pills...

Definately agreed on the labtop. Also a cellphone and a pillow.

A cell phone. I could probably get by without a personal computer because of computer labs and the fact that I spend most of my time on a computer at work and in one of my organizations. But I left my phone at home today and I feel so out of touch with the world when that happens. Of course, I had four missed calls when I got home this afternoon, and I was always lost on the time (luckily there's a great big clocktower on our campus but it can't be seen from everywhere).

i love how she calls her school her "home"

^it's called a typo

friends and family :)

my drugs man.

Printers, scotch tape, and a wooden stick.
Also, my privacy curtain (read: bedsheet taped to my desk), for when I feel like pretending I don't have a roommate.
Whiteboard nailed to door for random self-expression, but my college provided that.
Oh, and a piano keyboard, 'cause even though I don't play anymore, it's still fun to mess around.

It is my home. It's where I live, sleep, and eat. I lived in 8 different houses or apartments growing up, so I don't have one particular "home" like some people do (I guess my grandmother's house is the default since that's where I lived most). I don't live on-campus, I live in an apartment with a family member (my first cousin who's like a sister) so why not?

A really warm hat, extra cell phone chargers (so I can leave one in my bag, one at work, and one at home), granola bars for days when I don't have time to grab food between classes.

Oh, and as you can see I call my room at school "home" too; AUlostchick isn't the only one! My parents' house is called (you guessed it) "my parents' house," since it's not like I really live there anymore.

Cell phone, sweats, car

drugs, shoes, and my laptop

girls:):):)

Condoms.

+10

My laptop for sure, then my cell phone, and finally my IPOD
