What do you do for exercise? How regularly do you do it?

I'm just trying to get a sense of college students' eating/exercising habits.

I’m interested this too. I started weight-lifting about 2 months ago, but only about a month ago I realized I need to eat more.

Height: 5’7"
Weight: 124 lbs
Freshman
Bodyfat%: 8.1%

I go to the gym to lift 4 days a week. I play basketball every other day, though I’ve been trying to play less just so I can gain more weight, it’s hard for me to eat like a pig.

Current calories about 2800-3000 a day right now for the past month (before I learned about diet, it used to be around friggin 1700 pretty much most of my high school time)

And um foods, anything that has a lot of Protein…chicken, beef, protein shakes… lots of fruits… and other stuff im too lazy to list…

Height: 6’1’’
Weight: 186 lbs
Sophomore

Gym 4/7 days a week. I eat give or take 2000 calories / day.

I don’t dwell on my looks, so I really don’t care. I’m not fat, and I’m not unhealthy (afaik).
I’m a freshman, 18 yrs old.
I’m about 5’ 11" 150lbs. I eat cookies for breakfast, and whatever is available for lunch and dinner (i usually have the regular main course [chicken, pasta, etc] with vegetables and/or fries and maybe another side). My excercise is walking up and down this mountain to class, which is more than I got at home so I guess that’s good.

Counting calories is a little over the top, in my opinion. I don’t need that extra stress.

Height: 6’
Weight: 139 lbs (just went to the doc lol)
First year. Female.

I am a vegetarian, but I eat a LOT of junk food. I generally eat a salad every day, and then a bunch of fries. I eat veggie burgers, fruit, veggies, rice, pasta, cereal, bagels, etc. LOTS of grains (bread, cereal, pasta).

I probably eat a little over 2000 calories a day. I really don’t exercise other than walking a bit around campus.
