What kind of ACT scores do Dartmouth students have?

Just a brief questions:
Does anyone here know the average ACT scores of accepted students? I looked it up on the Internet, and it said around 31-33; however I’m skeptical about that (maybe the information I saw is outdated?)
I’m a junior applying this fall, and I’m expecting a 33-34 on the ACT. Do you think that’s competitive?
Any input is appreciated.

Above a 32 and you’re fine. The difference between a 32-36 is just a few questions.

I thought a 32 was low for Ivy League admissions.

i’ve always wanted to do this

@dropoutofschool‌ I tried Googling it lol. However I’m skeptical about what I saw and wanted opinions from CC members :slight_smile:

The Common Data Set literally can’t be out of date; it’s from this past year. It says that 25th percentile is 30 and 75th is 34.

@bodangles that’s a helpful link. Thanks!

Is it true that Dartmouth has the lowest ACT scores among the Ivies? That’s what the data looks like :confused:

No, even Harvard, Yale, Princeton, etc. have 31-35 ranges (which is only a one point difference). UPenn, Brown, Cornell, and Columbia are all below or at Dartmouth’s range.

range from 31-35 but generally a 32
