What major would this be?

I want to wear a suit, and go meet with a business partner at a restaurant. Talk about things that could improve the company or anything else business related. What kind of job would that be and what major should I choose?

Tax Lawyer

Business duh, idiot.

Dont they have specific business majors.

Well, yeah, but that you would have to figure out on your own--what kind of company wold you be discussing and improving during your tie-required lunch meeting?

That's not a major. That's a job. Don't confuse the two. Most people have jobs that have nothing to do with their major.

Yeah I know that, so your saying the major doesnt matter. That doesnt make since.

Nothing makes since. Some things do make sense, though, but even that is a rare phenomenon.

Puppetzz, the major that you're talking about is Marketing, which deals with people who want to help improve strategies in increasing clients, etc. But Marketing is synonymous with selling, and many jobs I have seen out there that claim that they are marketing agencies are really door to door salesmen companies with "management opportunities."

Anyway, Marketing Majors are within most business schools. Another major that you should consider is a Finance major. This will get you many more jobs than a marketing major will. You will not be able to apply to 99% of undergrad business schools until your sophomore year usually and you need to have decent grades too, just so you're prepared.
