What movies can you happily watch over and over again?

Agree with many on this thead. Will add an all-time family favorite:

Bull Durham.

The Princess Bride, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Reservoir Dogs, Bull Durham, Somewhere in Time, Clueless, Sixteen Candles, Godfather 1&2, all Star Wars, newest Star Trek and The Usual Suspects.

I also watch Same time Next Year once a year. I used to do it with my mother, but due to her Alzheimer’s I sit in my house and laugh and cry alone. Same with Somewhere in Time. For those unfamiliar try it for the following reasons, 1) two beautiful actors at their most attractive; 2) unusual love story; 3) guaranteed to make you cry.

^^^And time travel! Always a favorite with me. And a great song.

What memories some of these bring!

Huge shout out to whoever informed us about the showing on Wednesday of To Kill a Mockingbird. Just got back from purchasing tickets for the 7:00PM showing.

To many of the movies mentioned above, I’ll add Help!! and A Hard Day’s Night.

Hannah and her Sisters I could watch anytime. The soundtrack is wonderful. I like everything about this movie.

Fried Green Tomatoes
Back to the Future
Legends of the Fall
19 Dresses
How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days

Those are a few I can think of that I just can’t go by if I see them on TV.

Oh, oh. It’s a Wonderful Life and Love, Actually.

You’ve Got Mail
Pride and Prejudice
Titanic

A League of their Own, wonderful movie. Love it.

plus the original Camelot movie (1967 Richard Harris, Vanessa Redgrave and Franco Nero)>>>>>>>>>>>

OMG, I wasin high school and I thought this was the most romantic, sad movie I’d ever seen. Beautiful movie.

I loved Camelot too. I was in 8th grade and I couldn’t figure out how Guinevere could possibly choose Lancelot over King Arthur. I had a huge crush on Richard Harris. I remember listening toe “MacArthur Park” over and over again.

Upon reading through some of these lists, I realized that Robin Hood: Men in Tights and Remember the Titans should both also be on my list. Fun fact: I’ve met the real Coach Boone before. He spoke at my college and I got a picture with him after.

Also, I go to shadow casts of Rocky relatively frequently, though I’ve never watched it aside from in that context.

Chariots of Fire…so inspirational and uplifting.

The original Star Wars trilogy, the Lord of the Rings, Mean Girls, Pirates of the Carribean, Pride and Prejudice (Colin Firth edition), Office Space, and my guilty pleasure Center Stage.

The Lord of the Rings trilogy (extended version)
The Sound of Music

My all-time favorite movie is The Sound of Music. I have also watched The Wizard of Oz, It’s a Wonderful Life and The Ten Commandments at least once a year for the past several years. A newer favorite is The Nightmare Before Christmas which my whole family watches every Halloween.

I felt weird to mention Rocky Horror but its a fave, and my husband will watch anything clint eastwood, love how to lose a guy in 10 days.

^^^
Rocky Horror, another cult classic that brings back fond memories…agree!

The Wizard of Oz
Little Women
Sense and Sensibility
The Age of Innocence

The Pursuit of Happyness
