"What Other Colleges Are You Applying To?" on App

<p>I know this has been discussed, but I can't remember what the verdict was and I can't seem to find other posts on this topic (if anyone knows of them, please post them!)</p>

<p>What does one do when the college asks to what other colleges one is applying? I seem to remember that most people said not to name the colleges if it was optional. What do you think? Why would the college want to know this sort of information? Can I choose which colleges I put? Put some but not all?</p>

<p>You don’t have to put any. In fact, its probably better that you don’t because the college will start questioning whether or not you will actually attend their school if accepted.</p>
