What others schools should I apply to? I'm at a loss

I’m a pre-med hopeful with high stats and mediocre EC. I know most of my schools are pretty reach so I want more colleges that are in my target range and perhaps another safety that have good pre-med/biology programs.

What I’m looking for:

  • larger student bodies ~5k+
  • I’d prefer to stay in east coast but am willing to go to other places based on fit
  • I don’t really enjoy being in a completely rural setting
  • merit aid would be great because parents’ salaries are very high but tuition aid is not super important
  • I like a diverse community in every sense of the word; it’d be nice to be in a college where schools isn’t the only thing they care about (but i suppose that’s pretty hard to judge from the outside)

Stats: ACT 35, UW:4.3, W4.8 (my schools 4.5 = A+) Lots of AP classes (3 in 10th, 4 in 11th, 5 in 12th) with high AP grades, solid standardized test scores overall
EC: Volunteer w Key Club 9/10m, Tree huggers all four years, Peer tutor with SHS, Art Honor Society (more volunteer stuff), Piano outside school, i did some art competitions?, some debate clubs I didn’t stick around in (nothing spectacular… super mediocre stuff)

Colleges I’m applying to:
CALS Cornell (ED) // this is my dream college; it checks off every box on my list
Emory University
a flagship state uni //safety
Boston University
UVa

edit: forgot to mention I’m a NYS resident

The University of Rochester.

Tufts University – east coast, great for premed, about 5500 undergrads, really vibrant art scene going on.

Johns Hopkins – great premed, though I’ve heard it’s a bit cutthroat; Baltimore has some good neighborhoods.

Check out University of Rochester like merc81 said.

Yes, URochester and Case Western Reserve U. Both are good for urban access, flexible curriculum, merit aid, pre-med opportunities, and music. Pitt has many of the same virtues in a public university with an honors college.

Not East Coast, but you might look at Washington U in St. Louis. Agree that Pitt is a fine choice for another safety.

University of Miami.
