One of my parents is Native Dominican(hispanic) and the other is a native Hawaiian. I identify as both, and was born in hawai’i, but most of the colleges i’ve looked into only let me choose one.
That’s a good question. I don’t know which one would be more beneficial for you. Sometimes Pacific Islanders are grouped with Asians which hurts your chances, but since you’re native, that might be very helpful.
