It would be a tough choice between UCLA and USC, whichever has less loans, which will probably be UCLA. Of course Yale and Stanford would be tempting, but Los Angeles is my home.</p>

i wished i had applied to another LAC. in the end i realized i really wanted to go to an LAC but i only applied to 2. so prob wake forest or lafayette, maybe denison or richmond. whichever one i would get into</p>

<li>Maybe U Chicago. Long story short, my parents can’t pay for any of my college despite us having 0 demonstrated financial need on FAFSA, so I’m not even sure I could have gone to Chicago if I got in. $200,000 in debt is not a fun place to be.</li>
<li>Maybe USC. I didn’t notice they had a half-tuition scholarship for national merit students when I was applying to schools (I hadn’t realized just how little of college I would be able to afford at that point).</li>
