My children went to equally competitive schools and I do not think some posters fully understand what GPAs from these schools mean. With your test scores, GPA and background I would look at schools just below the ivies. You might have a chance at one of those if you ED. The burbs called it correctly as far as I can see.The most important thing wherever you decide is to show lots of demonstrated interest at the schools you apply to.
Also if you are considering pre-med health track a good fit/safety for you might be university of miami.
