What schools outside of Florida accept the Florida Bright Futures program?

Can anyone help with a list to look at??? Thank you.

No schools do, it’s a State of Florida only program. Florida “Pre-Paid” programs can be use out of state, by BF is only meant for Florida schools.

None…and you’re asking the wrong question…

The issue isn’t what schools “accept” …because no schools outside of FL are offered Bright Futures. The state of Florida doesn’t offer their BF funds to schools outside of FL

A school can’t accept something that is never offered to them.

And why is this question in the university of alabama forum

University of South Alabama does and I believe Troy does as well.

^^^ I don’t know if any of those schools have some type of matching program (they can’t accept the actual BF scholarship, as the State of Florida wouldn’t send them the $), but if you qualified for the highest level of BF (3.5+ GPA, 1290+ SAT, 29+ ACT), then you’ll also qualify for OOS tuition waivers and merit scholarships at these schools (and merit scholarships at UA) that would be worth more than the BF scholarship (but your total cost may still be higher at Troy, than say University of West Florida).
