I have just graduated from UC Berkeley and have a BS degree in Nutritional Science, and I want to apply for Physician Assistant schools.
I am also a Certified Phlebotomy Technician, but I just haven't found a job, yet. If I don't get a job as a CPT, what should I do for the medical experience?
Should I just become an RN first and get a job as an RN? There are also some "Accelerated Nursing" programs that offer a BS degree, but I don't think I'll be able to get into those, since they require classes I haven't taken, yet. I could take them this summer...
Or should I just try for the PA programs and say that I have some direct patient care as a CPT?
Or should I just apply to PA programs, RN programs, and the accelerated Bachelor's program??

I'm very confused about what to do with my life. Someone please help me... I'd greatly appreciate it!!!

We don’t have a specific subforum for PA school, but you might want to try posting your question on the Pre-Med Topics subforum as there are many very helpful and knowledgeable members there who might be able to help or at least head you in the right direction to find information.

You need to look at the requirements for each P.A. program, as they do vary. The easiest route would be to find a school that would count any experience you get as a phlebotomist. In our area, the companies that pay people for plasma are begging for phlebotomists.

I would contact the schools to find out what they like to see. My guess is that getting experience in an ICU (or something similar) would be helpful. I believe you will be competing with RN’s who have incredible on-the-job experience, and admission is competitive.

I am not an expert, but I do know two people who took the route you wish to take, and both were RN’s with great hospital experience before being accepted.
