I recently applied for USC, but after submitting my resume, I realized that for varsity tennis, I put that I received third place in boys singles and mixed doubles, when I actually received third place in boys DOUBLES and mixed doubles. Also, for honors I listed “Summa Cum Laude” grades 9,10,11,12 as I had the GPA of a summa cum laude for all four years of high school. However, I just realized that I officially receive the award in grade 12. Should I email the admissions office? I just don’t want the resume and Common App correction to sound bad and end up messing up their impression of me.
