<p>I’m preparing for PSAT, etc.</p>
<p>If I can make it, I would rather go to a top-tier univ, so, I was wondering if there are any private scholarships (i.e. not offered by universities).</p>
<p>I live in Wisconsin if that dictates anything.</p>
