What time do you sleep?

<p>5am and get up at 6 for school so about an hour of sleep.</p>

<p>My sleep schedule is kinda reversed…</p>

<p>5:30 AM- Go jogging
6:45 AM- Go to school
2:00 PM- Get out and go to baseball.
5:00 PM- Get home
5:05 PM- Go to sleep
2:05 AM- Wake up
2:30 AM- do homework</p>

<p>AND REPEAT!</p>

<p>Bleh, I wish I could sleep normally…</p>

<p>Depends it used to be at 10 pm but now its 11ish (on school days weekends are spent on the Internet lol)</p>

<p>How do you go to bed soooo late 0_o…i’m in junior year in Australia and I’m in bed at 9pm, still manage to hold a 4.0…</p>

<p>^ At what time do you even wake up? Even on days I have absolutely no work to get done, I’d never dream of going to bed before 11:30.</p>

<p>On weekdays, I usually sleep anywhere around 1 to 3:30 am and have to wake up around 5:30 to 6 am. If I’m lucky, I’ll have had a nap the afternoon before. Weekends are more varied, but I usually don’t have to rise until noon.</p>

<p>This year I stay up until 2 AM on purpose, just to do it !</p>

<p>dfree124- It’s not as bad as you would imagine. I like to think of it as I go to bed 5 hours earlier than the average person, and thus I wake up 5 hours earlier :)</p>

<p>@azpandaman- that’s actually a pretty awesome schedule. The first time I looked at it I thought you got only about three hours of sleep, but sleeping from 5-2 is pretty ingenious if that’s what works for you! :)</p>

<p>I have to get at least nine hours of sleep every night to help prevent migraine attacks, but that doesn’t always work out. On most nights I’m in bed around 11pm (my ‘bedtime’ is 9:30) and out of bed at 6:30am. I know I’m lucky to get so much sleep, but really anything less than 8 is just as ineffective as getting 3 hours to me. If I was able to nap, I’m sure that would be a different story!!</p>

<p>I usually fall asleep at 10:30, get up at 6:30. Then, of course, on the weekend cacth up on sleep.</p>

<p>The longest I’ve stayed up is until six in the morning, fell asleep for two hours, got up, felt fine. So weird.</p>

<p>^ I find it funny that you think you need to catch up on sleep when you get 8 daily hours of sleep.</p>

<p>Argh argh I’m sorry!!! LOL, I know you can’t catch up on sleep and it’s kinda bad to sleep differently on the weekends, but I like doing it anyway :)</p>

<p>10:300-11:30 only because I get distracted waaaayyyy too easily…should go to bed earlier though…</p>

<p>I usually go to sleep at 10, but sometimes I have a really weird sleeping schedule. Sometimes I have a lot to do and I got to sleep at around 12, then the next day I’m really tired and I take a “nap” which ends up lasting hours so I wake up at like 11 and I’m so groggy I sleep to 1:00 then I wake up and do homework and then I can’t go back to sleep.</p>

Falls asleep: 11 pm
Wakes up: 5:45 am
~trance-like sleep~
Comes alive and goes downstairs: 6:30</p>
