What to ask at a college fair?

Hi! I am a sophomore and I am going to attend a college fair this month.
I know which universities I am interested in (columbia, NYU, cornell) but I do not know what to ask.

What questions should I ask the admission officers of the universities?

Well, what is important to you in a college? Figure that out. Then ask questions that will help you determine whether those universities meet YOUR requirements. That's what the college search should be about.

(I'm assuming that, out of all the many wonderful schools out there that you've begun investigating, Columbia, NYU and Cornell are the three that will be represented at this college fair. Use the opportunity to look at lots of other schools, too! Also, remember that you will CHANGE over the next two years.)

thanks for answering

General questions about majors, campus life, the location etc are fair game. Do not ask if you will get admitted or whether Advanced Women's Studies wil meet the history requirement. Keep it general. Some general questions about housing are fair. Asking the average size of the rooms is not. Off campus work and entertainment are fair questions.
