what types of things should i be looking for when im at the campuses and what questions should i know the answer to before i apply?</p>
<p>I suggest reading thru a good book on college admissions, such as “Admission Matters”. A good book will discuss fit and how to research colleges, and questions that matter to you will naturally come out of understanding the basics of the search process. The difficulty with giving an answer to what you must think is a perfectly reasonable question is that the issues an applicant cares about depend on their particular choices, and its hard to give a set that covers all the bases for all applicants.</p>
<p>Are the cops really strict?
How hot are the professors?
Etc, etc, etc</p>
<p>Ask what students do a lot in their free time. I had a friend who when she asked that, the person she asked said, “we just stay inside and play cards a lot.” She didn’t even apply to that college after her trip there.</p>
